Rm999 is an online entertainment platform built from the ground up with Malaysian users in mind — from game selection and payment methods to customer support in the local language.
Rm999 is an online entertainment platform established with one clear goal — to deliver a gaming experience that is genuinely enjoyable, safe, and accessible for users in Malaysia. We understand that trust is the foundation of a strong relationship between a platform and its users, and that is what we prioritize in every decision we make.
From day one, rm999 was designed with local users in mind. That means MYR currency support, payment methods like FPX and Malaysian eWallets, a Bahasa Melayu interface, and responsive customer support — not a generic platform with a half-hearted translation.
We partner with world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and more to ensure the game collection on offer is high quality, fair, and entertaining. Every game available at rm999 has gone through a thorough evaluation and selection process.
Our mission is to be the most trusted and most loved online entertainment platform among Malaysian users — not through grand promises, but through a consistent gaming experience, transparent processes, and customer support that genuinely helps.
We believe every user deserves a fair gaming experience. All games at rm999 use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring every spin, hand, and dice roll is completely random with no interference.
From a security standpoint, rm999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all user data and financial transactions. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent, in accordance with the Privacy Policy us.

Our support team consists of real people who understand Malaysian users' needs and are ready to help with sincerity.
One thing we're proud of is the relationship we've built with the Malaysian user community. User feedback is a core part of the rm999 platform development process. When users request new features, report issues, or suggest improvements, our team listens and acts.
This also forms the foundation of how rm999 plans platform improvements. We don't make changes based on assumptions alone — we make decisions based on real usage data and direct feedback from our Malaysian community.
User trust depends on confidence that games are fair. rm999 takes this very seriously. Every game available on our platform has gone through a strict selection process — we only accept games from providers that hold fairness certifications from recognised regulatory bodies.
Additionally, rm999 conducts regular internal monitoring to ensure there are no anomalies in game payment patterns. If something seems off, we act immediately before it affects the user experience.
We understand that Malaysian users manage money differently from other markets. That's why rm999 supports payment methods that are genuinely used in everyday Malaysian life — FPX for instant bank transfers, TNG eWallet for mobile payments, and several other popular eWallet options.
All deposits are processed instantly into your rm999 account. For withdrawals, processing times vary by VIP account tier — VIP members receive faster processing priority. All withdrawals are processed within the set timeframe with no hidden fees.
Not every issue can be resolved with a template response. The rm999 support team is trained to understand local user context — from technical problems during slot play, to bonus terms enquiries, to KYC account verification requirements. We communicate in Bahasa Melayu so users never have to struggle with an unfamiliar language when they need help.
Rm999 is not a platform built for the short term. We invest in infrastructure, security, and user experience with a long-term view — building a loyal user community that trusts this platform for their everyday entertainment. Every update we roll out and every new feature we add is part of rm999's long journey to become the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian users.
